Broadway Swinger, Vol. 1
A nightclub act that chronicles America’s evolution from conservative to carefree during the decade of free love, Broadway Swinger, Vol. 1 is a groovy romp through the stage musicals of the 1960s and features songs from Oliver!, She Loves Me, Cabaret, Hair and other Broadway hits. This swingin’ show examines shifting attitudes toward relationships and sex as it celebrates life, love, and everything in between.
Broadway Swinger, Vol. 2
Broadway Swinger, Vol. 2 is a solo cabaret that charts the birth of swing music in the 1930s and the rise of the big bands that lifted American spirits out of the Great Depression. The show is scored for a 4-piece band and features standards by Harold Arlen, Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Jerome Kern, Louis Prima, and other greats who established the 1930s as the Golden Age of American Songwriting.
